However, it’s our belief that a strong solution is always a combination of art and science that is informed by our consulting experience and your industry knowledge. To uncover new business opportunities or tackle your challenges we adapt processes and techniques to fit your internal reality.

There are key aspects we always keep in mind on the project journey to ensure actionability and impact: Make sure we link the goal of the initiative to the overarching business priorities. Align the project with other important initiatives in the organization. Consider internal dynamics to gain required buy-in. Understand strategic and tactical implications the project has on your organization to ensure feasibility.

We work with you

We strongly believe that a collaborative approach is a key ingredient for a strong outcome. That’s why we prefer to work with and not for clients. This means two things: we leverage your internal knowledge and experiences as much as we can and are accessible allies on our development journey of a strategy or recommendation. Our work should be measured against two criteria: your project success but also the experience you get while working with us.

As owners of this small consulting firm your satisfaction is our most important asset, thus we are fully committed to make most out of your investment. Given our background, we know and apply proven strategic consulting tools and processes that big and renowned management consultancies are using.

Team

Brandoos was founded by Tobias Ammann and Manuel Specker as equal partners. The founders both worked as consultants and managers at a strategic global management consulting firm. What unites us is our shared passion and the aspirations we have for the firm, the complementary skill set and experiences as consultants and managers, common personal values and the strong belief that we can create value together with our clients

Tobias brings valuable experience from different entrepreneurial activities and the consulting industry.

Prior to Brandoos, he was a management consultant at an international strategy consulting firm and entrepreneur working with brands such as GE, Danfoss, Cargill, JTI, DKSH, Fairmont, Regions Bank, Rivella, UBS, SIX, Beiersdorf, Nestle or Ringier.

Tobias earned a B.A. in Business Administration and a M.A. in Marketing at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland (HSG).

In his career, Manuel has gained valuable experience in both the consulting industry as well as on the corporate side.

Prior to Brandoos, he was a project leader at an international strategy consultancy working with brands such as JTI, DKSH, Syngenta, Danfoss, SAB Miller, Friesland, Mars, Hill’s, Swisscom, Rivella or SIX and held various management roles at Mars.

Manuel earned a master in strategy and organization at the University of St. Gallen (HSG).
